History[]
Louie is one of Anthony Twistelli`s goons and is introduced in Spawn issue #22. He is ordered to go pay a little “visit” to Terry Fitzgerald’s house and deliver a message. Unbeknownst to him, 2 CIA members are also staking out the house. The mob goons and CIA agents get in a gunfight, leaving the two CIA members dead in Terry’s yard. Louie is able to escape unharmed and pass the message onto Fitzgerald – as requested.
