George is a cop who makes an appearance in Spawn issue #5.
History[]
He is only seen briefly, being called to the scene of a robbery. Instead of taking the mainroads, he ploughs through the alleyways in a police cruiser like a maniac, killing Joey and almost killing a lot of homeless men who reside there.
