Mr. Stewart is a skin-head punk who is terrorizing the homeless in search of Spawn in issue #21. When Jody informs Spawn of the problem – Spawn is quick to act. With relative ease he makes quick work of Mr. Stewart, rendering him near death. After the explanation it is revealed that he was sent by Tony Twist to find out what he could about the creature in the alleyways. Spawn lets him go, but after reporting his findings to Tony, Mr. Stewart is fired on the spot. He is not seen again in the remainder of the series.
