Jimmy is first introduced in Spawn issue #21 as he is getting the lights kicked out of him by Detective Sam Burke. Through the conversation, we are able to see that Jimmy is a crack dealer who targets High School kids. He also possess illegal firearms which makes him easily arrestable – however, Burke makes him a deal. He gives Jimmy 48 hours to scrounge up as much info as he can about Spawn and relay it back to him and Twitch. Despite his stubborn an uncooperative attitude, Jimmy has no choice but to accept. In issue #22 it is mentioned that Jimmy ‘did’ in-fact provide information to the detectives, and the location of Spawn was narrowed down to a 4-block radius.
