Inhabiting the Bowery Alleyways of New York City, The Creeps are a street gang that are introduced in Spawn #11. Them and their rivals – The Nerds - are constantly at war with one another over the alleyway territory. James, a massively built man, is their leader, while other members include Buffy. In an all out battle, the two rivals destroy each other – with the help of Spawn, leaving nobody on either side alive thus ending the war between the Nerds and the Creeps.
