Biography
Carlo Giamotti is a Mafia hitman who is found dead in Spawn #1. He was thrown through a forty-fourth story window of a building, and was found with a gaping hole in his chest and his heart shoved in his mouth. This is later found out to be the Violator’s doing. According to police reports, he was the 7th gangland murder victim that year.
